he Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Finance (Finance) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced organisation to provide Vehicle Rental Services to the Australian Government (Government).? The successful Tenderer(s)?will be required to: •retain the capacity to provide a large range of Vehicles to meet the diverse requirements of Participants; •retain the capacity to provide Participants with access to a comprehensive network of Rental Locations, for the supply of Vehicles, in metropolitan, country and remote locations throughout Australia; •provide inventory to the Travel Management Company’s (TMCs) systems to enable Bookings and amendments to Confirmed Bookings to be made online through the TMC’s Online Booking Tool; •provide customer service support to Travel Bookers to assist with Bookings; •provide GST-compliant data to Participants to enable Participants to reconcile expenditure; and •make Bookings consistent with the specific travel policies of individual Participants, as provided by Participants, in relation to the Services.

The RFT is in 2 parts, part A includes the RFT (Attachment A to D, and F) which is open - no restrictions apply, whilst part B which includes RFT Attachment E (due diligence) requires it to be restricted from public view, and the Tenderer is required to complete a Tender Registration Document to be submitted to vehiclerental.procurement@finance.gov.au which will be verified by the Vehicle Rental Tender Team. A passcode will be required for a Tenderer to access these documents.
