EST10690: RAAF Townsville Roof Replacement Works, QLD

The scope of works of this project involves replacing and remediating roofs on numerous living-in accommodations and many additional buildings to address compliance, safety, and operational risks. Scope includes but is not limited to installing new cyclone-rated roof fixings, replacing or repairing roof sheeting, flashings, insulation, and safety mesh, cleaning gutters.

The Tenderer must at the time of submitting its Tender satisfy each condition for participation as follows:

• The Tenderer must complete and return the signed Confidentiality Agreement.
• The Tenderer must complete and sign the Tender Form

The tender documents (including Contract) are attached on AusTender (click on 'ATM documents’). The scope of works and associated documents have not been attached. To obtain the full scope of works documentation, Tenderers must submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement as follows:

1. Click on Go to ATM Documents
2. Download the tender documents
3. Go to Confidentiality Agreement
4. Print and sign the Confidentiality Agreement
5. Return the signed copy by email, as a scanned PDF file, to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator noted below Tenderer should note that without the Confidentiality Agreement being returned to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator, the complete Scope of Works documents cannot be released. Any questions relating to this tender are to be submitted in writing via email to the Contact Officer / Tender Administrator nominated. The cut-off date for Request for Information (RFI) questions pertaining to this tender is seven (7) days before the tender close date. For Industry Briefing details: Refer to the Part 2, Tender Particulars of the Medium Works Tender document available on the 'ATM documents' page Tenderers are advised that questions submitted to the Contact Officer between 19 December 2025 and 12 January 2026 will not be responded to until 13 January 2026 at the earliest. Tenderers should note that any questions submitted which are not addressed via an addendum prior to 19 December 2025 will also not receive a response until 13 January 2026 at the earliest.
