Please Note: Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is not required to comply with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs). DHA is not a prescribed corporate Commonwealth entity for the purposes of the CPRs under Section 30 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014. Given this, other aspects of the RFT and tender process, may not (and are not required to) be consistent with the CPRs. This RFT is issued through AusTender to leverage a convenient and efficient tendering platform and provide notification of the opportunity to suppliers.

Interested parties should note: DHA will be conducting mandatory site inspection by appointment only Date : Wednesday 14 January 2026 Time: 11.00am AEDT Meet at front entry gate on Davey Street at 10:45am for sign in and meeting point. Registration for site inspection requests must be received by email no later than 3.00pm (AEDT) 9 January 2026 with names of those attending and contact numbers to be emailed to tenders@dha.gov.au.

Practical Completion is desired by 20 weeks or sooner
