Description

DFAT is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Service Provider for the provision of the Overseas Property and Facilities Management Services to DFAT’s Overseas Estate. DFAT has an outsourced global contract for delivery of Property and Facilities Management Services to its Overseas Estate, which will expire on 30 June 2027. This procurement is to replace the expiring contract to ensure ongoing Property and Facilities Management Services to effectively manage and maintain the Commonwealth’s Overseas Estate in good order. The Contract is for an initial term of five (5) years with one (1) extension option of three (3) years and one (1) extension option of two (2) years each at DFAT’s sole discretion, for a total possible contract period of up to 10 years.

Instructions

DFAT has compiled information regarding the overseas Owned and Leased Estates that may assist in informing Tenderers about the Scope of the Services (Due Diligence Information). For reasons of security and confidentiality, the Due Diligence Information will not be made available to a Tenderer until the Tenderer has met the requirements set out in the Tender Registration Documents (Part E). The Tender Registration Documents (Part E) must be completed and returned to the Contact Officer who will arrange for the provision of the relevant Due Diligence Information. Tenderers that do not submit the Tender Registration Documents in accordance with the submission requirements set out in the Tender Registration Documents, will not be provided access to the Due Diligence Information and will be excluded from participation in the RFT process.

Timeframe

10 Years if all extension options are exercised (1st July 2027 to 30th June 2037)
