DFAT has a requirement for a design team in developing the next phase of the Australian Volunteers Program. The purpose of the design will be to articulate the framework and delivery mechanism within which the program will be delivered. The design must include sufficient flexibility to adapt to changing needs or strategic priorities, as well as take advantage of opportunities or deal with changing needs as they arise. The new design of the Australian Volunteers Program should contribute effectively to Australia’s International Development Policy and meet Australia’s country level objectives under relevant Development Partnership Plans.
Refer to the ATM Terms and Conditions. The response includes substantially completed Tenderer Response Forms. The response is written in English and in a font that is readable when printed in low resolution black and white. The response is within the specified page limits. The response is submitted via AusTender by the closing date.
