The Australia Awards in Cambodia (AAC) are a cornerstone of Australia’s development cooperation and have enabled almost 1,100 Cambodians to study in Australia. The next phase of AAC will continue to contribute to development outcomes by delivering three core components: Australia Awards Scholarships; Australia Awards Short Courses; and Alumni Engagement. DFAT is seeking a managing contractor to provide administrative support for these components, including but not limited to: selection and mobilisation of awardees; contracting of short courses’ academic fees and stipends for awardees while in Australia; returned Alumni engagement activities and ongoing support to them; liaison with student contact officers; administration and managing the Program in-country; and monitoring and evaluating the Program.

The response is written in English and and in a font that is readable when printed in low resolution black and white. The response is within the specified page limits. The response is submitted via AusTender by the closing date.
$15.625 million (excluding GST) over five years from approximately April 2026 to March 2031, with an option to extend for a further three years and a further $9.375 million (excluding GST), exercised at DFAT’s discretion.
