69160: Run Army Event Management

Run Army requires the services of an Event Management Team. The contractor will be responsible for timing and merchandise services for all Run Army events scheduled for 2027 and possibly future years. This includes the physical events in Brisbane and Townsville and any satellite and virtual events scheduled. The contractor will provide expected budget requirements as agreed upon by the Run Army Directorate. The contractor will provide key staff to support the administering of the event, including race timing services, bibs, timing chips, race pack collection, advertising, capacity planning and third party sponsorship arrangements. The contractor will also provide support for media, including iPad device for race commentator, live tracking, social media support and advertising. The contractor will organise and facilitate event operations within the approved budget. The contractor will work with Army on design of merchandise and arrange the print, ordering and delivery of all merchandise.

It is a condition for participation that the applicant exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
