Due Diligence Information All documents for this RFT are provided in this Approach to Market (ATM) 2025-IPEA-TMS RFT, with the exception of the Due Diligence Information which forms Attachment E to the RFT. In accordance with section 2.2 of the RFT, for security and confidentiality reasons the Due Diligence Information will not be made available to potential tenderers until the Tender Registration Documents (at Attachment F to the RFT) is correctly completed, executed, scanned and sent via email to: traveltender@ipea.gov.au IPEA will provide access to the Due Diligence Information via a separate invitation only ATM on AusTender to organisations that have submitted the completed Tender Registration and Deed Poll Form to IPEA’s satisfaction within two business days after IPEA has received these documents. Industry Briefing An Industry Briefing will be held in accordance with Clause 2.7 of the RFT. Statement of Tax Record Information Session A Statement of Tax Record Information Session will be held in accordance with Clause 2.8 of the RFT.
Services will commence from 1 January 2027. Initial contract period will be three years with options to extend for up to an additional three years, taken in whole or in any combination of periods.
