The Customer is seeking experienced suppliers to deliver educational services to regional and/or remote high school students from underrepresented groups to increase awareness, interest and forge career pathways in the aviation industry workforce as part of the Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative.

Potential Suppliers are invited to develop and implement one or more high-quality, evidence-based educational projects addressing the Requirement. Potential Suppliers must have the capability and capacity to fully implement the project(s) by 26 June 2026. Potential Suppliers must use the Commonwealth Contracting Suite (CCS) ATM Response Form. In addition to the matters addressed in A.B.4.2 of the Commonwealth ATM Terms, the Potential Supplier’s Response must not: • exceed 25, A4 pages in total using size 11pt font, when responding to Parts 2, 3 and 4 of the CCS ATM Response Form. This page limit excludes Part 1 (Potential Supplier’s Details) and Part 5 (Total Costs to be incurred by the Customer), and attachments requested as part of the ‘Requirement’ (A.A.2 refers). • include any documents, links or attachments, other than those identified in the 'Requirement' or any other part of the CCS ATM Response Form. Potential Suppliers must also provide the following information as attachments to the proposal (these attachments are not included in the page limit specified in A.A.1 of the ATM): • a high-level project plan that clearly identifies each project, and includes an outline of objectives, activity milestones, delivery timelines, resources and stakeholders. Successful Supplier(s) will be required to submit, as part of their first milestone, a detailed project plan for delivery of their project/s; and o The high-level project plan must not be more than 10 pages in total (excluding any cover page). • a risk management strategy for each project, including project risks, likelihood and consequence, treatment/mitigation, strategies for monitoring of risk, and reporting. Note: the risk management strategy should clearly relate to the project (e.g. identify risks that may impact delivery or completion of the project). o The risk management strategy must not be more than 10 pages in total (excluding any cover page). Any attachments, links and/or documents not explicitly requested by the Customer will not be considered in the evaluation process.
