10031834: NSW Level 1 ASP to replace a power pole in Badgerys Creek

A NSW Level 1 ASP is required to undertake construction works to remove, replace and reconfigure a power pole in the vicinity of WSI in Badgerys Creek NSW. To inform the construction works, the government has provided a design package certified by Endeavour Energy, which was prepared by a qualified Level 3 ASP designer, AECOM Australia Pty Ltd.

The tenderer must be a business registered as a Level 1 ASP, holding both Class 1A and Class 1B accreditation, to perform contestable work on the NSW electricity distribution network. The key personnel performing the work must be registered and authorised, under the NSW ASP Scheme Rules, to work on or near the network.

The NSW Level 1 ASP is required to undertake works to replace an existing 33kV power pole (Endeavour Energy Pole 755945), with a 17m/8kN timber power pole in accordance with the design certified by Endeavour Energy and prepared by AECOM. Upon completion of the works, they are to provide written confirmation of the height of the new constructed pole in Australian Height Datum and that the works meet Endeavour Energy’s requirements.
